I am a pragmatic and client-focused Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a passion for assessment and selection. I obtained my BSc. from Durham University and completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Manchester. I am also registered with both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC). I have 13 years’ experience in business psychology and during this time I have led on a number of initiatives, including competency & behavioural framework design, assessment centre design & delivery and psychometric profiling. I have worked with a variety of clients both within the private and public sector in both the UK and internationally. I’m BPS level A and B qualified I’m trained on a number of psychometric tools including OPQ, Wave, MBTI, HPI, HDS and MVPI.
