Coaching

Coaching is widely recognised as being one of the most powerful ways in which personal and professional growth can be supported and this applies equally to whole teams as it does to individuals.

Coaching is widely recognised as being one of the most powerful ways in which personal and professional growth can be supported. Training and education have their place too, but there’s something different about coaching in that it works from the inside outwards – often helping free up limiting beliefs and breaking the habits and behaviours that can hold leaders back. We often use coaching alongside other powerful business interventions that we use such as Assessments and alongside our Leadership programmes to offer that 1:1 support that compliments the group learning.

It’s within all of us that our hopes, needs and beliefs lie and tapping directly into these, a skilled coach is able to work with leaders to unlock understanding, focus effort and realise potential.

Our approach interfaces perfectly with the way in which we assess – many coaching organisations simply can’t make this claim.

Through a variety of programmes, we offer a seamless process that starts with clear, three-way contracting, progresses to widening personal awareness, works through strengths and development needs and ends in higher levels of output and satisfaction.

We can also offer something specific, if that’s what’s needed. This is our faculty coaching offer. For example:

  • Coaching to build emotional intelligence
  • Support for resilience and wellbeing
  • Releasing the entrepreneur within
  • Enhancing creativity
  • Building personal brand and reputation

Team Coaching

And it’s not just 1:1 sessions that we offer to individuals – we are equally skilled in working with whole teams.  Our team coaching blends the best of group dynamics with the overall aim of increasing psychological safety and resolving conflict.  The result is greatly increased productivity.

Tell me a story

By Chris Welford on 13th October, 2020 in Assessment, Self-Knowledge

We’ve been telling stories to each other pretty much since the birth of language.  Art, philosophy and religion are replete with tales about human behaviour and interactions. But we don’t just tell stories to each other, we also tell them to ourselves e.g. ‘I’m not good enough,’ ‘I must be...
