I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 12 years’ experience working in selection and development. I have delivered a large number of objective assessment projects across a variety of role levels up to and including Chief Executive. Projects have included the design of competency frameworks, the design and implementation of end-to-end recruitment processes, the design and delivery of development centres and conducting developmental feedback sessions.
I began my career as a consultant at the market-leading psychometric test publisher SHL (UK) Ltd in 2001 and have since gained extensive experience leading on projects for clients such as RBS, Vodafone, Diageo, E.ON, Lloyds TSB and National Australia Group. My more recent work in the public sector has provided a strong background in diversity issues, including reasonable adjustment in assessment processes. I am driven by opportunities to realise optimal potential – for both individuals and organisations and I’m known for my commitment to quality and my desire to link psychology to organisational vision. I’m Level A and B trained, accredited to use a range of personality tools including OPQ32, Wave, Dimensions, NEO PI-R, Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and 15FQ. I’m a member of the British Psychological Society and its Division of Occupational Psychology, and I’m registered with the Health Professionals Council.
