
I’m a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development and have spent the last fifteen years specialising in facilitating, assessing and designing assessment centres, using a variety of assessment methodologies. I have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, within a diverse culture. I am commercially perceptive with strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent planning and implementation skills. I have delivered objective selection processes from first line managers to executive board members, as well as running a range of training and development courses. I have extensive experience within the private and public sectors working at senior management level, but also designing and delivering volume assessment centres, e.g. Airbus, LBG, Barclays, FCA, Plymouth University and numerous Councils. I previously spent many years within corporate HR functions supporting managers with their resourcing, development and training needs. I’m BPS Level A&B qualified and I use a wide range of psychometric tools including WAVE, HDS, EQi, MBTI, Talent Q, NeO PIR and OPQ.
