I’m an experienced leadership and team development consultant and executive coach. I have a background in corporate HR and I have been a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development for 20 years. I passionately believe none of us have yet reached our potential, and I’m committed to working to develop that potential with more relevant, inclusive and sustaining practices. My work is complimented by being a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF ACC), and I have trained with brain-based coaching through the Neuro-Leadership Institute. I’m also an Insights Discovery practitioner, Hogan certified and a senior action learning coach with the World Institute of Action Learning. I am currently teaching on a CMI Level 6 Certificate in Leadership and Management, facilitating on Leading Equality and Diversity, and Managing Organisational Culture modules.
