I have worked for over 20 years in HR, training and organisational development (OD), primarily in the private sector. I have managed the delivery of senior leadership programmes, talent management and succession planning tools. I also led an internal consultancy team who designed and delivered OD initiatives for our internal customers.
I have a real passion for helping people realise their potential, and being the best they can be. I believe coaching can play such an important part in this. I was delighted to be offered the opportunity to work for Jackie and Chris at Sixth Sense. For last few years I have concentrated on raising my three children, but now I am ready to put all my skills and knowledge to good use, along with learning more of course!
