
I’m a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with expertise in the areas of personnel assessment and development, talent management, and coaching. My consulting experience spans both the private and public sectors, in a range of different industries. Some of the organisations with which I have worked include British Airways, British Gas, Government Legal Service, NHS, Home Office, Department for Work and Pensions, Rexam, Serco, Zurich Insurance, amongst numerous others.
I have extensive experience in assessment and psychological profiling of individuals, from graduates to board level executives, for selection, development and talent management purposes, utilising a wide range of tools and methodologies. Prior to my psychology career, I gained in-house corporate experience, primarily in financial management within the IT industry, providing me with first-hand business knowledge to inform my psychological practice. My approach is rigorous, thoughtful, pragmatic and consistently aimed at delivering high quality products and services to her clients.
I’m qualified to use a range of psychometric instruments, including the NEO-PI3, OPQ 32, MQ, MBTI, FIRO-B, Saville Consulting’s WAVE and the Hogan Development Survey. I’m a member of the Health and Care Professions Council, the British Psychological Society, and the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
