I’m an experienced Chartered Psychologist and I hold a Diploma in Performance Coaching. I have worked for a number of leading HR consultancies, and in my earlier career I worked in commercial management for blue-chip organisations in the FMCG sector. I now specialise in executive assessment and leadership development. At SHL, I managed a team of consultants and was a member of the Professional Services Management Team. I led the Executive Assessment Service Programme and delivered numerous assessments and coaching
I have worked at senior-client levels within private and public sector companies to drive behavioural change both in the UK and overseas, designing and delivering assessment interventions to identify potential, support recruitment decisions or bespoke development
In supporting behavioural change, I design and deliver management development workshops on emotional intelligence, coaching, managing people, influencing (including sales and negotiation) and leadership, for all management grades, including board level. When it comes to coaching I help leaders build their self-awareness and I favour non-directive techniques to help clients gain clarity and reach their own conclusions. As a user of CBT, my style is supportive yet challenging. I like to define clear outcomes with my clients and be a genuine source of advice and help as much as a facilitator and conduit for other people’s insights and thoughts.

I’m accredited in the OPQ, 16PF, Saville Wave, Hogan and Insights personality instruments. I hold an Honours degree in Engineering, a Diploma in Psychology, a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology and became a Chartered Psychologist in 2008
