
I’m a qualified occupational psychologist with over 13 year’s consultancy experience. My approach is highly pragmatic, client centred and underpinned by a strong theoretical base. I specialise in executive assessment and coaching, working with organisations to support talent management strategies by ensuring robust selection and development decisions. Areas of expertise include; executive coaching, design and delivery of selection and assessment centres, development centres, providing 360-degree feedback and designing assessment tools and exercises. With a PhD in Coaching Psychology (Manchester Business School), a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology (UMIST) and Certificate in Performance Coaching (Centre for Coaching London) my consultancy work has a real, academic foundation. I’m qualified in the use of a range of psychometrics, Level A and intermediate Level B (ability and personality tests). The tools I use include: OPQ32, Wave, Dimensions, Lominger Voices, HPI HDS, 16PF, MBTI and ENGAGE. I have extensive experience of assessing individuals and teams in the UK and internationally, from graduate to executive level in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
