I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology, I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology. Level A & B qualified, I am certified in and regularly use a wide range of psychometric instruments at senior level in assessment, development and coaching. I am also an accredited Training Facilitator and Master Targeted Selection practitioner (Competency Based Interviewing). I have 17 years of consulting experience, specialising in leadership assessment, development and talent management. My early career was with ASE (now part of SHL-Previsor), where I gained an excellent grounding in objective assessment techniques, such as psychometric testing, competency based interviewing and assessment centres. I was also a Managing Consultant with DDI (a global leadership consultancy) delivering senior executive assessment, development and coaching and designing and project managing numerous international talent initiatives for clients such as Centrica, Tyco Healthcare, HP and Chiquita. I have also worked as an independent consultant, delivering significant global talent programmes, executive assessment and coaching assignments for a variety of clients, including energy, mining, pharmaceutical and public sector organisations. I think I have a talent for translating principles from occupational psychology to business-focused client solutions, proven project management, delivery and client relationship skills. I’m dedicated to defining and delivering solutions that meet specific client needs and the highest quality standards. I have a proven track record in successfully managing project teams, being collaborative and supportive, yet with a drive to achieve and deliver.
