
I like to think of myself as an insightful consultant, known for my ability to adapt to the needs of different clients and deliver timely and effective solutions. I am an HPC registered Chartered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology, MA (Hons) in Psychology and a Certificate in Coaching Psychology. I’m CIPD qualified, an Associate Fellow of the BPS and I recently completed a Foundation Year in Transactional Analysis. All in all, I have 17 years’ experience in business psychology and my primary areas of expertise are senior level profiling; talent identification and development; and design, delivery and management of assessment processes, most frequently in the context of organisational mergers, restructuring and change. Additional areas of knowledge and expertise include 360 feedback; coaching; psychometrics;development of organisational competency frameworks and assessment of learning difficulties, such as dyslexia. I have worked in-house, in a number of HR roles, e.g. Recruitment and Assessment Manager with Scottish and Southern Energy Ltd. As a consultant, I have delivered successful projects for a range of private, public and third sector clients, working predominantly in the UK and Ireland. I’m BPS Level A and Level B qualified and I have extensive experience of using psychometric tools in different contexts, including Wave, HPI, HDS, OPQ, MBTI Steps One and Two, EQi, 16PF, NEO, Firo B and Talent Q Dimensions.
